Module 3: Mental Health Assessment

  • Understand Mental Health assessment process
  • Learn techniques for spotting depression, anxiety and stress in self and others
  • Using DASS21 tool to measure Depression, Anxiety and Stress
  • Applying the TALK framework

Module 4. Understand How Mental Health impacts Work Performance

  • Understand the Link between emotions and work performance
  • Learn Emotional Management skills
  • Techniques to utilise emotion wheel and mood meter in Active Listening

Module 5. Introduction to Active Listening and Emotional Management skills

  • Introduction to COPRAS active listening framework
  • Introduction to SAFE active listening framework
  • Introduction to SLOFAS emotional listening framework

Module 6. Active Listening skills practice

  • Participants practice active listening skills by applying the COPRAS and SAFE

Module 7. Managing our Mental Health

Module 8. SLOFAS Emotional Listening skills practice
