
Overview
The “Creating a Coaching and Mentoring Culture for Success” training program is designed for or ganisations to acquire coaching and mentoring skills and to create and nurture a coaching and mentoring culture within their organisation.
The training will cover various aspects of coaching and mentoring, such as coaching characteristics, goal setting, forming and asking powerful questions, and creating a positive relationship between team members.
The training is especially ideal for leaders, managers, and team leads in the areas of talent development, problem-solving, communication, and leadership growth.

Upon completion of the training, participants should be able to:
